The Judicial System is broken.  It must be fixed.

Our founding fathers created three separate branches of government to serve as checks and balances against each other.  They knew that if any one branch was given too much power it would, by nature, become corrupt and tyranny would raise it’s head in the nation.

Judicial corruption was to have been remedied by impeachment.  Unfortunately, the power to impeach was laid at the feet of the legislative bodies.   Legislature needs the judiciary to support the enactment and enforcement of new laws.  The judiciary needs the legislature for funding.  What results is a system that is derilect in it’s duty to protect American citizens from judicial corruption. 

In it’s arrogance and without fear of retribution, the judiciary no longer even pretends to uphold the Constitutional laws that were to have governed them.  Citizens, as a matter of standard judicial procedure, are denied their constitutional rights in the courts.  By legislating from the bench, judges have awarded themselves immunity from prosecution for any action taken in their judicial capacity.  Even the constitutional right to appeal is being denied in thousands of cases every day.

The current system does not and will not work to protect American citizens from Judicial corruption.  A new system needs to be put in place that will make the judiciary accountable to the citizens they serve.  The Judicial Accountability and Integrity Legislation is that system.  J.A.I.L. was created to bring the full weight of the constitution to bear on a Judiciary that has elevated itself even above God.

The time to act is now. Far too long have we lived in our own separate worlds and paid little attention to the slow and deliberate transfer of citizen rights under the constitution, to Judicial tyranny. Only an army of concerned men and women will change the decay that has taken hold. Only the implementation of legislation that will hold the Judiciary accountable and put an end to total immunity will stop the destruction of the United States Constitution.
